… has truly been to work on the show for Yajun, not only because of the really cool hair, but also because of the great design and cool pieces that Yajun has…

Some of the things I love about NYFW is that there’s a ton of…
… fun, really ass-kicking shows to watch! Just have a look at this one!
Laurence & Chico -I’ll let the picture’s speak for themselves -amazing!
NYFW means that there’s…
… a lot of stuff that’s happenin’!
We’re going from show to show, constantly working, and there’s still shows popping up that needs hair to be done.
It’s really just how New York works, and it’s SO exciting!!
Finally, here’s some bts’ for you, the other day I were assisting Darren Summors as we were getting the models ready for
I can’t believe last night!
Last night was the night the company I work in, Adam og Eva, had it’s great annual spring years’ celebration!
I can really feel that spring is approaching…
… it’s that time of year when your doing spec’s in the studio, and a lot of creative stuff is being planned
-always a boost after new year!
Finally got to team up with Sara, Janne and Afaf -great team!
Also, I had with me my great assistant, Kine, which made everything easier and better.
It’s the bunch of great people with talent that makes it fun to be in the studio a whole day!
Can’t wait till it’s finished in post production!
Getting inspiration is something like going to a workout…
It needs to be worked on continuously; What I love about sunday’s is that that’s the day when I allow myself, despite how much I love to dress up; to chill with tons of coffee, and enjoy, oh yes; a lot of old magazines! Here’s why!
No. #1 highlight this week…
… was definately the video-shoot with the Norwegian dvd and blu ray based video magazine; KLIPP.
I remember when I started in this business all the way back in 2004, as an assistant at Hetty’s Frisør; we had those DVD’s laying on a shelf at the staff room, and I watched them, one by one;
I recall I so eagerly longed for me to really get started with my career, attending beauty-school and moving on with all of my dreams; I remember I vaguely were dreaming that I hopefully one day would be as skilled and lucky to be picked to make a contribution to the inspiring magazine…
Just arrived back from Vegas and…
… while I’m unpacking all the Redken stuff I bought (yes; that’s what i did for shopping!) I’m really recaping all the stuff we experienced over there;
AMAZING!
Finally I can present to you…
…the pictures I’m nominated for in the national Norwegian category Avant Garde Hairdresser of the year. As Christmas is upon us, I’m gonna present this to you, one by one, as it’s easier to enjoy and digest them, rather than have them all thrown together -don’t rush! I+ll post the next one tomorrow!
I would be lying if I said I wasn’t happy about them, and I’m so thankful for the team I were able to work With, as they are true masters to what they do! And to the two, very special assistants for me, Wanda Yr Hajo and Stine Henriksen, I really couldn’t have done this without you! Thank you so much!
