… so I took the train up to the very well known corner of 46th and Fifth;where the Redken Exchange is located. Tomorrow it’s gonna start, and I’m so excited!
I would be so happy that I’m going to see my favorite #1 city; New York! My great apple… Not just that, but I’m going to attend Redken’s Global Mentorship Program also this weekend, and I’m just really beaten by the whole thing; in a way I can’t see to understand how big this is to me; so that’s why it feels so unbelievable! Not just that, but I’m going to see my good friends @ DopDop too, and other friends of mine from Norway. I have people I could come home to, and that to me feels amazing! This dream of mine is now true reality. Not so strange then, that it all feels to much to take in…?
… some good inspiration and a coffee! Very often, I find that there’s a lack of creativity when it comes to guys fashion, so whenever I come across something that makes me cheer I urge to share it with you! I love the way how these pix where captured and the way the pieces of styling are put together. You know how I am a sucker for a little oversized, so this just landed in my alley right away…
The model, Clarke Bockelman, known from The Calvin Klein Spring/Summer 2014 Campaign appears as the athlete he is in different casual pieces from Raf Simons, Jil Sander, Givenchy amongst others. Shot by Milan Vukmirovic.
… I have a little anxiety around pictures about myself, I’m trying to change this with me as I’ve gotten several requests on much more on the blog about my own style and way of clothing -“Why not…?” I had to ask myself. Monday was a hectic day; a lot of stuff that needed to be done. I also had to run a lot of errands in the city, so I really wanted an outfit that was comfy yet with a little springlike feel to it. Whenever I can, I try to use colors; it refreshes me, and my skin loves to have something that makes it pop.
…got the feeling of the very fact that the spring is here! I’m awakened in the morning by the light peeking in from the large window in my living room. I know it’s a really kind of Aunt Petunia thing to say, but the birds are even singing, and it’s just so amazing to wake up like that! Don’t you agree…?
So, we all know that I’m a Redken geek and freak -I simply just love their products! Especially because they work so very well on Scandinavian hair, which we all know; it’s really not the easiest hair to work, right…?
… I’m finally on Facebook with my blog! It’s just so amazing to see, more and more of my dreams come true!
A couple of days ago, I went by this second hand store, just to pop in and see if they had some goods of glass I could need for my dining, then suddenly I saw this frame with these three very encouraging words;
… “Oh-NO!” Not more of that eco-this, and eco-that -please…?”, when I’m posting this to you; well, it’s not to be so much of a moral-wizard, but rather to show you how beautiful a collection made out of environmental friendly and sustainable fabrics such as organic leather and silk from mulberry trees, could be brought into. I’m the first to admit I can’t afford everything ecologically grown, but I’m trying my best in every way I can; I recycle, turn off the water when I don’t need it to flow freely, use public transport, turn off the lights when I don’t need them -let’s face it; the future is here to stay!
This collection will exclusively be available to a limited H&M stores worldwide, and here in Norway, you’ll be able to get it at H&M Karl Johan and in Bergen from the 10th of this month. Please enjoy these images from H&M’s Conscious Exclusive Lookbook Spring 2014 modeled by Andreea Diaconu;
